HEAVENLY GEL CANDLES COMPANY POLICY

At the current time, we can only ship products inside the Continental United States.

Orders are processed for shipment in 2 to 3 business days. The gel and soy candles are hand made and may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be made perfect for you. Please allow extra time during the busy season which is August through February to receive your order.

All packages we ship to our customers are insured. When you receive your order, please check the package for damage such as meltage or breakage. If there is damage notify the carrier immediately and get a claim number. Please contact us with the claim number and we will have the package picked up and ship out a replacement package. We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping, you will receive a replacement order.

We do not accept returns on products without prior approval. Please contact us for a return authorization. Unless products were shipped on our error, we cannot accept returns on fragrances, waxes, gels or liquid dyes due to the nature of the products and regulations of the FDA. We also cannot accept returns on candles and embeds due to the fact that they are custom made for each order. All items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. We will refund the full purchase price plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We are not responsible for any damage to the gel due to use of other products not sold by us. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse of our products.

If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will be billed for the shipping charges incurred, plus a 20% restocking fee.

If for some reason you need your shipping address changed after your order has been shipped, your credit card will be charged an $8.00 address change fee that we incur from Fedex.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please notify us immediately.

Placing an order with Heavenly Gel Candles indicates acceptance of all the terms and policies stated herein.

Any order shipped to Pennsylvania is charged the applicable sales tax.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, cashier's check or money order as payment. Please make cashier's check or money order payable to E-Connors Enterprises.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
