Its soft texture gives a more realistic look to your ice cream and beer heads. The unique blend contains Penreco versagel and other ingredients which gives it the perfect texture for ice cream, malts, beer foam etc. It comes unscented. You melt it just like gel, pour it at about 160 degrees and you can also add fragrance. If you are using it as beer foam, poured on top of the gel (in the beer mug) after the gel has set (cooled).
